Here's how to download without JavaScript:

Write your ECID as hexadecimal, then left-pad with zeros to exactly 16 digits. For example, ECID 0xABCD1234 becomes 00000000ABCD1234.
Split the hexadecimal string into 8 two-character segments (00 00 00 00 AB CD 12 34) and join them with slashes to build the URL:
https://r2.tsssaver.1conan.com/shsh/00/00/00/00/AB/CD/12/34.tar.zst
Download the tarball.
Download the Zstandard dictionary.
Decompress using the Zstandard dictionary.
For example, using the command-line tool:
zstd -d --dictionary=tsssaver.zstd.dict 34.tar.zst
